Chun Mee One (CM1) is a Chinese-inspired pure Ceylon green tea. The leaves tend to have a greyish colour and a tightly-curved shape, suggestive of eyebrows, hence the tea's name. Our high-quality blend of CM1 is grown on the eastern slopes of Uva, Sri Lanka. When boiling water is poured over the leaves, they blossom fully to produce a refreshingly brisk cup of tea. The liquor has a velvety light green colour and a sharp roasted flavour with a forest-like aroma.
