I love green!! Green tea is the healthiest beverage on the planet. Green tea aids improved brain function, fat loss, a lower risk of cancer and many other incredible benefits. You don't need to drink a lot of green tea to help you lose weight as I read you only need three cups a day

This is a very nice green tea. its high quality and not bitter like the others I have tried. Very happy with it, and knowing I am getting loads of antioxidants drinking it! Thank you!
